Maadhu Creatives

If you head down Carter Road in Borivali East, you will find us at Maadhu Creatives. We are located in Room No 2 inside the Nagravala Compound, right across from the Jain Upasre. It’s a bit of a hidden spot if you don't know where to look, but we like it that way. It is a bit quieter than the main road, which gives us space to focus. We spend our days making things—mostly architectural models and prototypes. Our workshop is full of tools, materials, and half-finished projects. It definitely smells like wood and glue in here most of the time. We aren't a big factory; it is more of a hands-on studio where we do everything ourselves. Each of us has our own workbench where the actual making happens. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We're usually in old clothes that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. We take pride in the small details that most people might not even notice. Being in Borivali East is great because it is a real community. We know the shopkeepers nearby and they know us. People often drop by to see what we're building. It's not a fancy life, but we get to use our hands and be creative every single day. We just try to keep our heads down and produce work that we aren't ashamed of. It’s a decent way to earn a living, and we enjoy the challenges each new model brings.
