We’re based in Goregaon, right on M.G. Road in Mumbai. Specifically, you’ll find M. S. Shah Developers Pvt. Ltd. inside the Shradhdha Co-operative Housing Society at B 19/3 in Mithanagar. Being in a housing society means we’re right in the middle of where people actually live, which makes sense for what we do. The office isn’t huge, but it's enough for our small crew to gather and plan out our projects. Mumbai is a crowded place, and our area is no different. There’s always the sound of traffic from M.G. Road and people moving about the society. We’ve been here for a good while, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change and grow. Our desks are usually covered in site maps and project files. We don't really do the whole polished corporate look. It’s more of a place where we sit down with a cup of tea and figure out the logistics of our next build. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have several things going on at once, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do decent work that lasts. It’s a local business through and through, and we’re happy to be part of the community here in Mithanagar. Most of our days are spent coordinating with people and making sure things stay on track. It is a busy life but it keeps us moving forward. We just take it one day at a time.
