We are located on the 5th floor of Dalamal House, which is on J.B. Road in Nariman Point. It’s a big building with a lot of different offices, so the elevators are always busy with people coming and going. Being up on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a distance from the noise of the street, though it’s still Nariman Point, so it’s never exactly quiet outside. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle the medical tech side of things. We have a lot of folders, some equipment, and the usual office stuff scattered around. It’s a professional environment but we keep it pretty low-key. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our desks or talking on the phone with people who need our help. It’s a lot of technical work, which means we have to stay focused on the small details. Working in this part of town means we see a lot of the city’s business life every day. We’ve been here for a while now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the building. We just aim to do a good job and keep our clients happy without making a big fuss about it. It’s a practical way to work, and being in a central spot like this makes it easy for people to reach us when they need to talk.
