M P Mirchandani & Company is located on the 1st floor of Ram Mansion. We are at 4 Colaba Po Bhatta Road, right behind the famous Neopold Cafe. It’s an old building with a lot of character which I really like. You can hear the bustle of Colaba outside all day long. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor feel a bit steep if it’s been a long day of meetings. We have been in this spot for quite some time now. The office is full of old wooden furniture and stacks of documents that have been there for years. It’s not a modern glass office and we prefer it that way. It feels more real and honest to us. There are only a few of us working here and we’ve known each other for a long time. We drink a lot of tea while we go through our daily tasks and talk about the news. Being behind Neopold Cafe means there are always people around and a lot of energy in the air. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a social media person to tell our story. We just focus on the work that comes across our desks. Some days are slower than others but we always find something to keep us busy. Ram Mansion is a sturdy place and we are happy to call it our home base. It’s a bit of a maze back here but once you find us it’s easy to remember the way to the door.
