You can find us at the K D Shopping Centre on Bellasis Road. We are in Patel Arcade, shop number 24 on the ground floor. It's right across from the Sagar Hotel in the Nagpada area, which most people know. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in when they are passing by. The office is usually humming with the sound of the fan and the street noise from outside. We handle a lot of different travel arrangements for folks around Mumbai Central. It’s a lot of typing and checking schedules on the screen. Sometimes the internet is slow, which can be a real pain when you're trying to book something fast. We’ve got a small team here, just regular people who know the travel business. We don't wear suits or have a reception desk with a bowl of mints. It’s just a workspace with some chairs for visitors. We’ve been in this arcade for a while, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. A lot of our work involves sorting out the small details that people often overlook. We don't make big promises, we just do the work that’s in front of us. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we keep the doors open to get a bit of a breeze. People come to us because we are local and we’ve been here long enough to know what we are doing. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way for everyone.
