Lynx Gym

You can find Lynx Gym at Shivam Co-operative Housing Society, right on the Link Road in Goregaon West. We are in Building Number 13. Shashtri Nagar is the local area. If you see the KTM showroom, we are very close to that. It is a busy part of the city. The traffic on Link Road is almost never-ending. Our gym is a local spot for the people living in the societies around here. It is tucked away in the building. We have the usual weights, some cardio machines, and a space for floor exercises. It is not a huge place, but it gets the job done. We have got a mix of young kids and older folks coming in. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. People talk about their day while they are on the treadmills or taking a break. We do not have fancy lighting or a DJ. It is just a place to get some work in. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone finishes their work day. We try to keep everything organized, but it is a gym, so things get moved around by the members. We have been here for a while and know most of the neighbors. It is just a simple, local business. There are no big corporate rules here, just a place for the community to stay active. We keep the doors open and let people do their own thing.
