The office here at Fort Solitaire Corporate Park 31 is where most of the magic, if you can call it that, happens. Lucky Clearing Agency has been around this block more times than I can count. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees; we are just a small team trying to make sense of all the customs regulations and clearing codes. It can be a real headache sometimes, especially when the rules change overnight and we have to scramble to figure things out for the clients. The name of the building sounds a bit more upscale than our actual day-to-day life is. Most of our time is spent staring at screens or talking to people at the docks to see why a shipment hasn't moved yet. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused. There’s always someone coming in or out with a bundle of papers that need a stamp or a signature. We don't really do the whole marketing thing because the work usually speaks for itself, and word gets around in this industry. It’s about being reliable and showing up every day. We’ve had some tough weeks where everything seems to go wrong at once, but we always find a way to sort through the mess. It’s just regular work for regular people, and we don't try to pretend it’s anything else. We are just here at unit 31, doing what needs to be done.
