Lubi Systems

Lubi Systems operates out of a small space at 12, S.M. Tailor Chawl. We are located in the Behram Baug area, which is always full of life and noise. It’s a modest setup, nothing like those big office buildings you see in the city center. Our room is tucked away, and you have to know which door to knock on to find us. The walls are a bit thin, so we hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long—kids playing, vendors shouting, and the constant hum of scooters. Inside, we have squeezed in our desks and equipment as best as we could. It’s a bit of a tight fit, but it makes it easy to talk to each other without having to get up. We don't have any uniforms or a strict dress code here at Lubi Systems. Usually, someone has a radio playing low in the background. The lighting isn't perfect, and the floor is a bit uneven in places, but we’ve made it our own. We get our water from the common tap and share a few jokes during the afternoon slump. It is a very human way to work. We don't have any big slogans or lofty goals posted on the walls. We just come to S.M. Tailor Chawl every morning and do what needs to be done. It's a simple life and we enjoy the people we work with every day.
