We’re located in Laxmi Industrial Estate, just behind Penninsular Corporate Park in Lower Parel. This area used to be all mills, but now it’s a mix of big glass buildings and older industrial estates like ours. We are in Unit 2. It’s a busy spot, and getting a vehicle in here during the day can be a real challenge with all the traffic. We deal with various types of equipment. Our space is filled with tools, parts, and things waiting to be shipped out. It’s not a quiet office; there’s usually some kind of noise from the tools or the guys moving crates around. We’ve been here for a while, so we’ve seen the whole neighborhood turn into a fancy corporate hub, but we’re still here doing the same kind of work. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or marketing people. It’s just a few of us making sure the equipment is ready and the orders are correct. We spend a lot of time on our feet. Sometimes we’re out back dealing with deliveries, and other times we’re at the small desk checking the invoices. It’s a bit cramped because we have so much stock, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us. We just keep the floor organized and the machines running, day after day, without making too much of a fuss about it.
