Lokhandwala Construction

We have been working out of Malvani for a good while now. Our small office is tucked away in Room No.3 at Firdous Society, right near Gate No.7 in Malad West. Most people around here just call it Nani Ma Chawl. It is a busy spot, but we like being right where the action is. Dealing with construction in Mumbai means you are always on your toes with the rain and the crowds. We handle the daily stuff that comes with building things here. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when we have all the papers spread out, but it works for us. We aren't a giant office with glass walls and fancy carpets. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. If you walk past the chawl, you might see us chatting with the neighbors or heading out to a site nearby. Life in Gate No.7 is never quiet, and that suits the way we work. We focus on getting the jobs done without making a big fuss about it. The address is a bit of a mouthful for couriers sometimes, but everyone in the area knows where Nani Ma Chawl is. We’ve been part of this community for years, seeing the buildings go up and the streets change. It is just regular work for regular people, and we don't try to be anything else.
