Navi Mumbai is a big place but Belapur has its own rhythm. We’ve been set up in Satyam Apartment for a while now. It’s a residential-style office, which makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in a crowded skyscraper in South Mumbai. We handle the local side of things from this desk. It’s mostly just us keeping track of orders and making sure the logistics side of the business doesn't fall behind. The building is easy enough to find once you’re in Sector 5. We don't have a big reception area or any of that. It’s just a workspace where the job gets done. Sometimes the stairs are a workout, but that’s just how these buildings are. We like being in Navi Mumbai because it’s a bit more manageable than the main city. There’s enough space to breathe. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. We just focus on our clients and the day-to-day operations. It’s a small, dedicated setup. We’ve got our files, our computers, and we just keep moving forward. Being tucked away in Satyam Apartment suits our style of working just fine. It’s honest work and we do it from a place that feels real. No frills, just Loha Ispaat Ltd. doing its thing in Mumbai.
