Lodha Gruop

We have been operating out of Sadguru Gajanan Bhavan for quite some time now. Our office is at 1/6 on Hanuman Lane, which is right in Kanjur Marg (E). If you know the Mumbai-42 area, you’ve probably walked past us a few times without even realizing it. Lodha Gruop is just a local business trying to do our daily work from this small space. The building itself is pretty plain, but it’s got everything we need to get through the day. We have our desks set up and some chairs for visitors, though it’s not exactly a fancy showroom. Hanuman Lane can get a bit crowded during the rush hours, especially with all the people moving towards the station, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. It feels real. We don’t have a marketing department writing fancy slogans for us. It’s just us, the staff, sitting at our computers and answering the phones. Sometimes the tea lady comes by, or we go out to the corner shop for a break. It is a very normal way to spend a workday. We don’t have any grand statements to make. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and start working on whatever is on the desk. It’s a practical way to run things and it has worked for us so far in this part of Mumbai. We are just regular people in a regular office.
