Lodha Group

You can find Lodha Group over in Chembur at the Sindhi Society. We are located in Flat Number 2 of the Vaikunth Building. This part of Mumbai has a very specific feel to it, and we have been part of it for some time now. The building is one of those older, solid structures that has seen a lot of changes over the years. Our office is on the ground floor, which is very convenient because we do not have to wait for the lift or climb a lot of stairs. It is a small space, mostly filled with desks and a few filing cabinets that are overflowing with paper. Being in Sindhi Society means it is relatively quiet compared to the loud main roads of Chembur. We spend our days handling the usual business tasks, mostly on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. There is nothing very fancy about our setup here. We have a small table for tea and a window that looks out onto the society compound. Sometimes we see the kids playing outside in the evenings when we are finishing up. It’s a very local way to run a business. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us, doing the work that needs to be done. We appreciate the stability of being in an established area like this. It keeps us focused on the day-to-day things instead of getting distracted by big corporate ideas. We like the neighborhood and the people around here because it feels like a real community.
