Lodha Group

We are based out of Kalyan East at Shivalay CHS. Our specific spot is B-2/8 in Omkar Nagar, right near the Netivali Chawk. If you have ever been to this part of Kalyan, you know it is a very busy area with a lot of movement and people everywhere. The building is a typical cooperative housing society, so there are families living all around us. It makes the work day feel a bit more grounded and real. We handle all the Lodha Group operations from this small office space. It isn't a massive corporate floor with hundreds of cubicles and bright lights. It is just a few rooms where we keep our records and take our calls throughout the day. Sometimes the noise from the Chawk drifts in through the windows, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have our own little routines, like checking the mail and organizing the files every morning before the sun gets too high. It is the kind of place where you know the security guard by name and say hello. We do not really do the whole "big business" act because it does not fit who we are. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home like everyone else in the building. The office has seen better days in terms of the paint on the walls, but it is functional and that is what matters to us. We chose this location because it is central for our needs. Dealing with the daily commute is enough of a challenge.
