Our business is called Lodha Group Of Campanies. We are located out in the village of Balaria, near Post-Balaria, via Mukundgarh in the Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan. It’s a rural area, very different from the big cities. We like it here though. It’s where we belong. Being in a village means everyone knows everyone. We’ve got our office set up here and we handle our day-to-day tasks without too much fuss. The pace of life is a bit slower here, which suits us just fine. We don't have fancy titles or big offices. We just have a place where we get the work done. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, especially in the summers, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. People come by the office just to say hello sometimes. It’s that kind of place. We don’t use a lot of complicated language or try to act like we are something we aren’t. We are just local people providing for our families and helping out where we can in Jhunjhunu. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We try to be honest in everything we do.
