Lodha Construction Pvt Ltd is based in Dahisar East, specifically near 19th Cross and 14th Main Road. Our office is a busy spot where we plan out our building projects. It’s usually filled with rolls of blueprints, samples of various construction materials, and a lot of dust from the nearby sites. We aren't the kind of company that sits in a shiny high-rise office. We prefer being close to where the actual work is happening. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors, checking on the progress of our buildings, and making sure we have enough supplies for the week. Dahisar East is a rapidly developing area, and we have been involved in a lot of the local growth. Our days are often unpredictable because something always comes up on a construction site that needs immediate attention. Whether it’s a delay in material delivery or a technical issue with the foundation, we just deal with it as it comes. We are a small team and we all know each other well. We don't use any corporate talk or try to sound like we are bigger than we are. We just build houses and structures that people need. Our office on 14th Main Road is where we do all the planning and the boring stuff like payroll and permits. It’s a lot of hard work and sweat, but seeing a building go up from nothing is always a good feeling.
