Loba Chemical Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Jehangir Villa, which is an old building on Wodehouse Road. We are at number 107 in the Colaba area of Mumbai. It’s a very different vibe from the industrial zones. The building has that old Mumbai charm, and we have been here for quite a while. Wodehouse Road is a busy street with a lot of history. Our office inside Jehangir Villa is where we handle all the administrative work and coordination for our chemical business. It’s not a factory site, so you won’t see big vats or machines here. Instead, it’s mostly desks, computers, and files. The rooms have high ceilings, and sometimes it gets a bit warm in the afternoons. We are surrounded by other old buildings and small shops. People in the area know Jehangir Villa well. Being in Colaba means we are close to the heart of the city's trade district. We don't go in for fancy modern office designs. Our space is functional and feels lived-in. Dealing with chemicals means a lot of paperwork and certifications, so that’s what fills most of our day. If you drop by, you’ll see us busy with phones and ledgers. It is a steady, reliable place to work. Colaba can be hectic with tourists and traffic, but inside the villa, we just stick to our routine and get the jobs done. It’s just how we have always operated from this address.
