Loadha Groups Of Companies is tucked away in Jogeshwari East, Mumbai. Our address is 2/7 Ramapati Chawl, located in the Majas Ghav Tekadi area on Caves Road. It’s right there in Pratap Nagar. Being in a chawl means the space is tight and we are very close to our neighbors. You can hear the sounds of the city all day long, from the traffic on Caves Road to the people walking by. We’ve been here for a while and the office is basically a few rooms where we manage all the different parts of the group. It gets very busy, especially during the monsoon when the rain hits the roof hard. We have files stacked up on the shelves and everyone has their own little corner to work in. It’s a very local Mumbai setup, nothing like the big skyscrapers you see in the photos. We walk to the local shops for tea or snacks during the afternoon. The neighborhood is full of life and there’s always something happening right outside the door. We handle our business matters with simple tools and a lot of patience. It’s a hardworking environment where nobody really cares about fancy suits or expensive furniture. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to make the most of the space we have. Life here in Pratap Nagar is fast, but we manage to keep up with it.
