Living Edge Planners

Our office is located at 17/612 in Pratiksha Nagar, over in the Pratiksha Nagar-Sion area of Mumbai - 400022. We are right across from the Sunder Vihar Bus Stop, which makes it easy for people to drop by. The office is just a plain, functional space where we get our planning work done. We don't have any big signs or fancy decor. It’s mostly just us, our computers, and a lot of paper. Pratiksha Nagar is a crowded, lively neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for quite a while. We work on building plans and urban planning, trying to make things fit in a city that is already overflowing. We don’t use a lot of promotional talk or make big promises. We just look at the site, look at the rules, and see what can actually be built. It’s a lot of practical, sometimes boring work, like measuring walls and checking building codes. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors or out on site visits where things are often loud and messy. We aren't a corporate firm; we’re just a small group of people who know how to draw and plan. Our days are filled with small details that most people don't even think about, but they matter for the final result. We just keep at it, one project at a time, and try to keep things as simple as possible for our clients. There’s no secret to it, just staying busy and being accurate.
