We spend most of our days at 104-A, Vora Plaza, tucked away in Navgahr, Vasai (E). It’s a busy part of town and getting here every morning through the traffic is always a bit of a challenge for the team. Inside Litewel Electronics (India) Pvt. Ltd., the office is usually filled with the sound of fans and people talking over their desks. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are mostly focused on the work piled up in front of us. Most of us have worked together for years, so we know each other's coffee orders by heart. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that, just a practical space where we handle all the electronics stuff. Sometimes the courier guy is late, or the power flickers during the monsoon, but we just keep going. It’s a lot of paperwork and technical details to keep track of every single day. We grab lunch from the small shops nearby and catch up on whatever is happening in the neighborhood. Navgahr has changed a lot since we first arrived, with new shops opening up all the time. Our corner in Vora Plaza stays pretty much the same though. We just focus on getting the orders sorted and making sure the electronics are handled right. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday and occasionally we stay late to finish up.
