Life Force Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd is tucked away in the Nandjyot Industrial Estate at unit A-34. It’s right on the Kurla-Andheri Road in the Safedpool area, which as anyone around here knows, can be a real nightmare for traffic during rush hour. Our spot in the estate is nothing too flashy, just a solid place where we can keep our inventory and get the paperwork finished. The estate itself is always humming with activity, which we’ve grown to appreciate over the years. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure things are labeled correctly before they head out. It’s a lot of manual checking and double-checking, which can be tedious but it’s just part of the job. Most of us take our lunch breaks together in the small area we’ve carved out near the back. We talk about the local news or the latest construction on the road outside. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, we just want to do our part and go home on time. The dust from the road sometimes finds its way in, so we’re always cleaning something. It’s a practical, hardworking environment where everyone knows their role.
