Liberty Prism Palace

Liberty Prism Palace is situated right at 37 a, Doctor Comp. We are directly opposite the Chinchpokli East railway station, so the sound of the trains is something we hear all day long. It’s a very convenient spot for people coming off the platform or heading to work. We deal with glass, prisms, and various lighting stuff. The shop is filled with things that catch the light, which makes it look a bit different from the other stores on this street. We have been here for a good while, watching the commuters rush by every morning and evening. Our space isn't huge, so we have to be really careful about how we stack the glass pieces. It's a lot of careful handling because things can break easily if you aren't paying attention. We spend our time showing customers different designs and helping them pick out what fits their house or their project. It’s a lot of manual work, moving heavy boxes and cleaning the glass so it stays clear and bright. Sometimes the station area gets incredibly crowded during the peak hours, but that just means more people happen to see our sign. We just keep the doors open and wait for whoever walks in. It’s a simple and straightforward way to run a shop. We don't use any complicated computer systems, just a notebook for sales and a lot of bubble wrap for the delicate items we sell. It is just us and the trains.
