Our shop is at B-202 in Jaswanti Garden, tucked right behind Liberty Garden on Matoshree Ramabai Marg in Malad West. It’s a bit of a residential area but we fit right in with the other small businesses nearby. Finding us can be a little tricky for first-timers because of the way the roads curve around the gardens, but once you know the landmark, it’s easy. The space we have is more of a storage and work area than a showroom. We have wires, switches, and electrical components everywhere. It’s a bit messy, to be honest, but that’s just how we work best. We spend a lot of our time checking orders and making sure the right boxes get sent out to the local contractors. Malad is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise from the street coming through the windows. We usually have a fan going full blast to keep the air moving. It’s a small team here, just a couple of us who have been doing this for years. We don't have a polished way of talking to people; we just tell them what we have in stock and how long it will take to get more. The stairs up to the unit are a bit steep, which makes moving heavy crates a daily workout. We don't mind it much. It’s just the way things are at our Malad location. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs.
