We share stories about the commute because getting to Bandra can be a nightmare depending on where you live. We don't have big meetings with slides. We just talk across the desks. If someone has a problem, we figure it out together. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We close up exactly on time most days because everyone wants to beat the traffic.
