Leighton India

We are based on the 3rd floor of the Windsor Building in Mumbai. The office is on CST Road in Kalina, right in the middle of Santacruz East. Vandan Kumar is the main person here at Leighton India. If you know Mumbai, you know how cramped and fast-paced everything feels. Our office is just a small part of that. It is a functional space where we have our computers and files set up. There is nothing very flashy about the building, though it is a decent place to work from. We spend a lot of time just dealing with the daily requirements of the job. The traffic outside on CST Road is almost always backed up, so we hear the honking all day long. Inside, we just keep our heads down and get through the work. We don't have any big mission statements or motivational posters. It is just a place to come and earn a living. The lift in the Windsor Building works most of the time, which is a relief. We are just a small group of people trying to stay organized in a busy city. It is a very honest, straightforward environment. We don’t go for the polished corporate look because it doesn’t really fit how we operate. We just stay busy and keep things moving as best as we can. That is basically us.
