Leighton India operates out of D/7/47 in Chittaran Nagar. This is over in Rajawadi, Vidhyavihar [E], Mumbai. Anil Shantaram Kadam is the name often associated with our spot here. It’s a very local neighborhood feel. We aren't in one of those huge glass skyscrapers you see in South Mumbai. Our space is much more grounded and tucked away in the residential side. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know who we are. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just have people who know how to do their jobs. The office is functional. We have the usual stuff like desks, chairs, and a small area for tea. Sometimes the monsoons make getting here a bit of a challenge, but we always manage. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just do it. The atmosphere is relaxed but everyone stays on task. We think it’s better to be honest and straightforward. No one here is wearing a suit unless they really have to. We are just regular people working in Vidhyavihar. If you need to find Leighton India, we’re right here in Chittaran Nagar. It’s not fancy, but it’s our place and it serves us well for everything we need to accomplish. It works for us and we plan to stay here for a while.
