This office is over in Goregaon West, specifically at 21-A, Suburbina, within the Shreenagar Estate off M. G. Road. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and being near M. G. Road means there’s always something happening right outside the door. We use this space to handle all the contracting details that Leighton deals with in this side of the city. The office is tucked away in the estate, which gives us a bit of a break from the main road noise. Inside, it’s all about the work. We have desks covered in blue prints and legal documents. It’s a bit of a squeeze when the whole team is in for the weekly briefing. We don’t have a big corporate sign out front, just a small one so people know they’re in the right place. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing up reports about site progress. It can get pretty warm in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans running and stay focused. We’ve been here for a while and the staff knows the local vendors and contractors well. It’s a simple, functional workspace where we try to stay ahead of the deadlines. We aren't here to look important; we are just here to make sure the buildings get built and the contracts are followed. It gets crowded with paperwork sometimes, but we manage just fine.
