Our office is tucked away in the Shah & Nahar Industrial Estate in Worli. We are in units 314 and 317. It’s a large estate off Dr. E. Moses Road, so there is always a lot of movement—trucks coming in, people carrying loads, and plenty of noise. Legrand (India) Pvt. Ltd. has its space here, and it feels very much like an industrial environment. The walls are a bit plain and the floors are meant for heavy foot traffic. We have a lot of stuff going on with electrical equipment and fittings. Even though we are part of a bigger name, this specific office feels like any other busy Mumbai workspace. Files are stacked up, and there’s always someone on the phone or checking a list. It’s not a quiet place, especially with the elevators constantly running and neighbors moving goods. We don't have a fancy lounge or anything like that. We have desks, chairs, and a lot of products. Most of us have been working in this estate for years and we’re used to the hustle. We just focus on getting our tasks finished and making sure the orders are processed. It’s a practical setup in a busy part of the city. We don't put on an act. We just show up, do the work, and manage the inventory in these units. The lunchroom is just a small corner where we share stories and eat our tiffins together.
