We operate out of Neelam Nagar in Mumbai, specifically in Building Number 6, at J 402. This is in the 400081 zip code area, which is part of the Mulund neighborhood. It’s a residential building, so it’s a bit quieter than a typical industrial office, which we quite like. We manage the Indian side of things for Lechler from here. It’s not a huge office, just a converted apartment where we have our desks and all our technical files. We deal with spray nozzles and other specialized equipment, so a lot of our time is spent talking to engineers and looking at technical data. It’s a very specific field, and the people who work here really know their stuff. We don't have a big reception area or any corporate branding on the walls. It’s a very informal and relaxed place. We usually have a pot of tea going, and we catch up on work while looking out over the neighborhood. Most of the team has been here for years, so we are more like friends than just coworkers. The building is well-known in the area, so visitors don't usually have a hard time finding us. We don't do much in terms of marketing; our clients usually know us from our reputation in the industry. It’s a simple, practical setup that allows us to focus on the work without any unnecessary distractions. Sometimes the lift is slow, but we just get on with it.
