We are located at 170/A Budhwar Peth, which is right near the famous Dagadusheth Ganapati temple in Pune-02. If you’ve ever been to this part of Pune, you know how crowded and energetic it is. Being Lear Automotive Pvt Ltd in such a historic and busy area is quite something. We hear the temple bells and the crowds every single day. The office is in an old building that has seen a lot of history. The stairs are a bit steep and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s home to us. We handle the automotive side of things from a few rooms filled with desks and old filing cabinets. It’s not a shiny new tech park office, that’s for sure. We spend our time tracking orders and talking to suppliers. Sometimes the noise from the street makes it hard to hear on the phone, so we have to shout a bit. We usually grab lunch from one of the small shops nearby. There’s always something happening right outside our door. We don't try to be corporate or polished because that wouldn't fit in here. We’re just a group of people working hard in the heart of the city. We value the fact that we’re in such a central location, even if it means dealing with the traffic and the noise. It’s just a normal, busy workplace where we get things done every day.
