We are based out of Flat No. 3 in Sabari Sadan, which is in Chheda Nagar, Chembur. It’s a well-known spot in Mumbai-89. Being Lear Automotive India Pvt Ltd in a residential-style setup like this makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. We aren’t in some glass tower; we’re in a building where you can hear the neighbors and see the everyday life of Chembur happening right outside. The office itself is basically just a modified flat. We’ve got desks where the dining table probably used to be. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of stuff coming in, but we make it work. Most of our time is spent on the phone or coordinating things for the automotive sector. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. The traffic in Chheda Nagar can be a bit much, but it’s a central enough location for us. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do.
