We've been operating around the Mumbai-Thane area for a while now. It’s a busy spot, and being Lear Automotistve India Pvt Ltd, we just keep our heads down and handle the automotive side of things. Sometimes the guys stay late because a shipment arrived behind schedule, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. It isn't always glamorous work, but it pays the bills and keeps the cars on the road. We know the local roads pretty well by now. The office isn't much to look at, but we’ve got what we need. People come in, ask for what they need, and we try to sort it out without too much fuss. It's mostly just us doing our part in the supply chain. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, with more buildings popping up everywhere. It’s crowded but it works for us. We just focus on the daily tasks and try not to overcomplicate things. If you find yourself between Mumbai and Thane, you might pass us. We're just a regular group of people working together to keep the business moving forward one day at a time.
