It’s a bit unusual because the office is inside a residential building in Naigaon West. This area is part of the Thane district in the Vasai Taluka. Because we are in a flat, the whole place feels a lot more like a home than a standard corporate office. It is a bit small, but it works for what we do. We have our files stacked up in the cupboards and a few desks where we handle all the logistics coordination. You can often hear the neighbors or the kids playing outside since it is a living complex. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just come up to the eighth flat and that is us. The vibe is very quiet compared to the main roads of Mumbai. We usually have the fan going and someone is usually making tea in the small kitchen area. It’s a very simple, honest setup. We have been here for a while now and we are used to the quiet life in Naigaon.
