Himex International

Himex International is over in Kurla West. We have a shop in the Phoenix Paragon Plaza, specifically Unit No. 2-B, Shop No. 09. It’s a big complex, so it took us a little while to get settled in when we first moved. Being in a plaza is different from being on a regular street because there's always security and people walking the hallways. Our shop isn't very big, but we use the space as best as we can. We spend our days handling international trade stuff, which usually means a lot of emails and checking on shipments. Kurla is always moving, and the area around the plaza is no exception. It’s very busy with shoppers and people going to work. We like it here because it's central, even if the traffic outside is a bit of a nightmare most afternoons. Inside the shop, we keep things simple. We have our computers, some samples, and a place to sit. It’s not a place meant for browsing like a clothing store. It’s where we get the actual work done. Sometimes the air conditioning in the plaza is too cold, and other times it's just right. We’ve met a lot of other business owners in the building. It’s a decent place to be for a small firm like ours that needs a proper address in a well-known building. It makes the logistics of running things a bit easier for us.
