We are based in Andheri East, specifically on 5th Main Road in the 3rd Phase, at 234. It’s an industrial sort of area. Our workshop is filled with the sound of metal being cut and grinded. Laxmi Mech & Engg Company has been running from this location for quite a few years. We mostly handle mechanical parts and engineering jobs for other businesses nearby. You’ll find lathe machines, drills, and piles of scrap metal in our yard. It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s an engineering shop, so that’s expected. We deal with a lot of grease and metal filings every day. Our team is small, just a few guys who really know how to handle the machines. We take on orders for specific parts that people can’t find in regular shops. Someone might bring in a broken gear and ask us to make a new one just like it. We sit down, take the measurements, and get to work. It takes patience and a steady hand. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people in the industrial estate who know we do a decent job with steel and iron. We just focus on getting the dimensions right so the parts actually fit when they get installed. It’s basic, hard work, and we’ve been doing it day in and day out at our 5th Main Road spot. We just keep the machines running.
