You’ll find us on Sahakar Road in Yadav Nagar, over in Jogeshwari West. It’s a lively part of Mumbai, and there is always something going on right outside our door. We are a manufacturing outfit, so the place is usually a bit noisy and there’s always work being done by somebody. We’ve got machines running and people moving things around most of the time. It’s not a quiet office environment at all. The space is filled with materials and finished goods waiting to be moved out. We’ve been in this spot for years and it’s become home to us. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. We just focus on making what we need to make. It’s hard work and the days can be long, especially when we have big orders to fill before a deadline. We don’t have any fancy management styles or corporate rules. We just work together and try to get everything finished on time. Sometimes it gets really hot in here, but we just keep the fans going and push through it. It’s a practical place for practical work. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with the building or our office space. We just care about the items we produce and making sure they get out the door as they should. It keeps us occupied from morning till night.
