Laxman Auto Works

Laxman Auto Works is right here on Irla Lane in Vile Parle West. We are directly across from Ishwar Kripa, so we are pretty easy to spot if you know the area. The shop isn't much to look at, just a regular garage with tools everywhere and usually a couple of cars taken apart. We've been fixing engines and sorting out bodywork for years now. My hands are usually covered in grease by ten in the morning, which is fine because there is always something to do. We take care of the local cars, mostly neighbors who have been bringing their vehicles to us since we opened. We don't have a fancy waiting room with coffee. Usually, people just leave their keys and come back later when the job is done. We deal with all sorts of mechanical issues, from brake pads to engine noises that won't go away. Irla Lane can get pretty crowded, especially in the evenings, but we manage to find space to work. It’s a family-run kind of place, nothing corporate about it. We just tell you what’s wrong with the car and what it takes to fix it. Sometimes parts take a day or two to arrive, but we try to be quick. It’s honest work and we enjoy being part of the Vile Parle community. If your car is acting up, just pull up and we will take a look at it when we have a free hand.
