LARSEN & Toubro Limited

We are over at the L&T Business Park in Powai, specifically in the TCII building. This campus is huge, and sometimes it feels like a small city on its own. We use Gat No. 5 to get in and out. Even though it’s a big name, our section feels like a regular workplace once you get past the main gates. A lot of people come and go, so there is always some movement in the halls. The campus has a lot of trees, which is nice when you need to step outside for a breath of air. Inside, it's a mix of different departments trying to stay on top of their work. There isn't really a lot of time for fluff. The focus is usually on the schedules and making sure we don't fall behind. It can be a bit of a walk to get from one side of the park to the other, so we tend to stay at our desks most of the day. There's a canteen where we grab lunch, and that’s usually where you hear all the talk about how the projects are going. It’s a professional place but we try to keep it friendly among the staff. We’ve been at the Powai campus for ages, and it’s just part of the routine now. Coordination and keeping things on track is what fills our time every single day at LARSEN & Toubro Limited.
