Our office is located at 3/72 in Kottaivelaiyur, which is part of the Avudayanoor post in Tenkasi. It’s a beautiful part of the Nellai district, but we’re usually too busy to notice the scenery. As a construction company, our base here is pretty basic. We have a few rooms where we keep the blueprints and the payroll files. It’s not the kind of place where you'll find glass walls or high-end art. It’s just us, some fans to keep the heat away, and a lot of work to do. We’ve been operating in this area for a while, and people around here know us as the local L&W team. We handle a lot of the building projects nearby. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when several projects are starting at once, and the office gets filled with workers and suppliers. We don't have a fancy website or a PR person. If you want to know what we’re doing, you usually just have to come by and ask. We try to be helpful and get the job done right without making a big fuss about it. The local tea shop is where we end up most evenings after the office shuts down. It’s a decent life here, and we’re proud of the buildings we’ve helped put up in the district. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. Most of us grew up around here so we care about the work.
