L&T Ecc Division

Our L&T Ecc Division spot is located in Vadodara, specifically at D-303 in the Parthana Flat. We are right across from the Gokuldham Society and near the Gidc Road in Manjalpur. It is basically a residential flat that we use to run the local operations. It isn't a high-rise office building with a lobby. Instead, it’s just a regular living space turned into a working area. There are files stacked on the shelves and a few computers set up on the tables. The traffic on Gidc Road can get pretty loud during rush hour, but inside we just keep our heads down and get to work. It’s a convenient place for us because we can get to the industrial zones quickly. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to polish up how we look. It is just a bunch of engineers and coordinators sitting around talking about concrete and schedules. Sometimes the kitchen area is full of lunch boxes, and the balcony is where we take a quick break. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which is fine by us. We aren't trying to look bigger than we are. We just need this space to stay organized and make sure the projects in the area don't fall behind. It's just a simple, practical base of operations for the team.
