Our office is located in the Worli Kondhwa Khurd area, specifically at 29/M/18. Landmark Productions Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this space for a good bit of time now. It’s an interesting part of town to be in, with a lot of local shops and small businesses nearby. There’s always something happening right outside the window, which can be a bit distracting sometimes. We spend most of our days inside, working on whatever projects are currently on the table. It’s not always glamorous like some people think production work might be. There are a lot of long hours just sitting at desks or moving heavy equipment around from one room to another. The 29/M/18 address is easy enough for most people to find, though the GPS sometimes gets a bit confused with the local turns and narrow lanes. We have a small crew here, and we all know each other’s habits by now. The coffee machine is probably the most used thing in the whole building, especially in the early mornings. We don't have any big corporate banners or shiny signs hanging up. It's just a workspace. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's dead quiet and we just focus on the technical details. We like the vibe of this neighborhood. It’s got a bit of everything. We keep things pretty straightforward here. No one wears a suit unless they really have to. We just show up, do the production tasks, and go home. It is a simple life and it keeps us busy most days.
