Landmark Architects

Landmark Architects is located over in Sakinaka, specifically on WOC Road in the 1st Stage, 6th Phase. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there is always a lot of activity outside. We’ve been at number 106 for a while now. The building is pretty standard, nothing too flashy on the outside. Inside, we have our drafting tables and a few computers that are always humming. The traffic on WOC Road can be quite something during peak hours, so we usually try to get in early to beat the rush. Our day-to-day is mostly just drawing up plans and checking on how the construction is going for different clients. It’s a lot of technical work, making sure every line is in the right place. We don’t really have a big staff, just a few people here who know their way around a floor plan. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the paper rolls and material swatches, but that’s just how we work. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or anything like that. We just have our workspace where we get the job done. It’s practical and it works for us. Most of our neighbors are other small businesses too, so it feels like a normal part of the neighborhood.
