Lambros Health Club

Lambros Health Club is up on the first floor of the Sri Prastha Complex in Nalasopara West. We are on 2nd Road, which is quite close to the Fun Fiesta cinema. If you're heading that way, you can’t really miss us. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. It’s a neighborhood gym through and through. We don't have the big budgets of the city gyms, so things are a bit more simple here. We’ve got the weights, some benches, and a few machines for cardio. The floor is a bit worn in places, but that’s just because it gets used a lot by the members. We have a lot of young guys from the surrounding apartment buildings who come in to train in the evenings. It can get pretty loud with the music and the weights clanking, but it’s a good kind of noise for a health club. We don't have a professional cleaning crew every hour, so we all pitch in to keep the place tidy at the end of the day. The windows stay open to let some air in when it gets crowded. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows each other’s business and we have a laugh. We aren't trying to sell anyone a lifestyle, we just provide the equipment for them to use. It’s a honest, local spot for people who live in Nalasopara to stay healthy without spending too much money. We’re just regular people helping other regular people.
