Our office is in the Shanti Aashish building, unit C-704, over on S.V.P.V. School Road. We are right near Shivar Garden in the Mira Road East area. If you know Mumbai then you know how busy Mira Road can get especially during the school hours. The traffic outside the window is almost constant but you get used to the honking after a while. We do a lot of property work and development around this part of the suburbs. The office is usually full of maps and building plans rolled up in the corners. We spend a lot of time talking to people who are looking for a place to live or wanting to fix up what they have. It is a small team and we handle everything from the initial drawings to the final handovers. Being near the school means there are always parents and kids around which makes the area feel quite alive. We have a small pantry where we make tea for anyone who drops by to chat. It is not a high-pressure environment here. We just take things one project at a time and try to stay on top of all the paperwork that comes with building in Mumbai. The weather is usually either very hot or very rainy so there is always something to complain about while we work. Most days go by pretty fast when there is work on the site.
