We’ve been working out of Piru Lane for a while now. Specifically, you can find us at Pathan Wadi 29-B Chawal, in Room No.43. Being in Mumbai 400009 means we’re right in the thick of things. It’s a busy spot, but it works for us. Lakadawala Developer Pvt Ltd isn't some big flashy office with glass walls or fancy signs. We just have our space here and we get on with the day. Most people around the lane know where we are if they need to drop by for a quick chat. We deal with the usual paperwork and planning that comes with being a developer. It gets crowded sometimes, and the room isn't huge, but it's where everything happens for the business. We don't really do much online or on social media, mostly just local stuff. If you are walking down Pathan Wadi, you'll see the building eventually. It's a practical setup for what we do. We've stayed in this part of Mumbai because it's home and we know the neighborhood very well. There isn't much to say other than we are here every day making sure things move along. The 400009 area has changed a lot over the years but our little spot in the chawal stays pretty much the same. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to keep things simple. It’s just us doing our job from Room 43. No fancy signs, just the work itself.
