We’ve been set up here at Reay House for a while now, right on the third floor. If you know Colaba, you probably know where the old Taj Mahal Hotel is, and we’re basically right next door to that on B.E.S.T Marg. It’s an interesting spot to work in every day. The office isn't anything fancy, just a workspace where we handle everything for Lafit Lighting Pvt Ltd. People sometimes have a bit of trouble finding the entrance since it’s an older building, but once you’re up here, it’s quiet enough to get things done. We deal with all sorts of lighting stuff throughout the week. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like, but that’s just how it goes in these parts of town. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have been around for a few years, so we know the routine pretty well. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making sure orders get out and the lights work like they're supposed to. It gets busy during the middle of the day, especially with all the traffic outside near the hotel. We mostly just keep our heads down and stay on top of the paperwork and the inventory. If you walk by, you might see us coming and going from the main gate. It's just a regular local business doing its thing in a busy part of Mumbai.
