L. R. Chopra & Co. is based at Plot No.B-2 on N.T. Road, but you have to look a little closely to find us. We are actually located behind the Khan Building, and our office is in the basement. The area is near Baker Lane and is part of the larger Dockyard Road East neighborhood. Being in a basement behind another building means it’s a bit of a hidden spot, but we like the quiet it provides. The Dockyard Road East area is usually buzzing with a lot of industrial activity, so having our space slightly tucked away is actually quite nice. The office itself is very plain and honest, with no fancy corporate features or polished furniture. It’s a place built for work, and that’s what we focus on every day. We’ve been at Plot No.B-2 for a long time, and we’ve gotten used to the way the light filters down into the basement. Getting here through Baker Lane can be a bit of a challenge if the streets are busy, but it’s just part of the local experience. We don’t have a big marketing budget or any promotional signs; we just rely on being where we are. The Khan Building is the main landmark to look for, and once you go around it, you’ll see the entrance to our space. It’s a simple, functional setup in a busy part of the city, and it’s served us well for many years.
