L & T Ecc Division

We are based in Sagar Garden, over in Mulund West. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of Mumbai. Being in Flat B-103 means we have a decent amount of space, but it’s still an apartment at the end of the day. L & T Ecc Division has been using this location to manage things in the suburban area for a while. The building is usually busy with people coming and going. We have desks crammed into the rooms and wires running across the floor to the various chargers and monitors. It’s not the most elegant setup, but it works for what we need. We spend our days on the phone or typing up reports. The noise from the street filtered through the windows is just part of the background now. During the rainy season, the dampness gets into everything, so we have to be careful with the paper files. We don’t have a big HR department or a canteen. We just order food from the local places nearby or bring lunch from home. It’s a very grounded way to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office décor. We just want to get the engineering work done correctly. It’s a busy life in Mumbai, and we are just glad to have a steady place to work. We stay until the job is finished most nights.
