Kyoorius Spaces Llp

Kyoorius Spaces Llp is situated in the heart of Lower Parel, which used to be all mills but is now full of creative offices. We are on the second floor of building number 165 in the Kohinoor Industrial Estate, right on Senapati Bapat Marg. It’s an old industrial building, so it has those high ceilings and a bit of a rugged feel to it. Our space is where we do all our planning and design work. Lower Parel is always congested, so getting here in the morning is a bit of a struggle with the traffic on Delisle Road. But once we’re inside, it’s a good environment for focusing on our projects. We don't have any flashy signage outside. Most people who come to see us already know the way through the industrial estate. The walls are mostly covered in project boards and there are piles of materials and books everywhere. It’s a workspace for people who actually do things, not a place for sitting in leather chairs and drinking expensive coffee. We share the building with a lot of other small businesses, so there’s always a lot of activity in the hallways. We just focus on our own corner and keep working on making spaces feel right. It’s a practical, busy office that reflects the energy of Mumbai. The estate itself is a bit of a maze, and sometimes even we get turned around if we haven't been out for a few days. We like the grit.
