Kurda Impex Private Limited

We work out of Room No. 13 in the Cement Wala Building. It is located in Bori Mohalla on I. R. Road in the Mandvi section of Mumbai City. The building is quite old and has a lot of history to it. Being in Bori Mohalla means we are surrounded by a lot of other small businesses and local shops. The area is famous for its food and its busy markets. Our office for Kurda Impex Private Limited is small and functional. We have just enough space for our desks and the cupboards where we keep our shipping files. I. R. Road is a major thoroughfare, so the sound of horns and traffic is the soundtrack to our workday. We handle a lot of impex tasks, which means a lot of back-and-forth with different agents and vendors. It’s a lot of manual work, checking lists and making sure the addresses are correct. There is a certain charm to working in an old building like Cement Wala, even if the walls are a bit cracked and the ceiling is high. We usually have a kettle going for tea and we spend our time managing the day-to-day flow of goods. It is a practical life in a very busy part of Mumbai. We don't worry about being fancy; we just focus on getting the shipments out.
